Kaspersky Labs, a selective (on again off again) Russian partner of MS and the EU, now (August this year) maintains a free web site for ransomware victims with free decryption tools and free removal tools. I post this in off topic and not security because it mainly concerns Windows users. Take a look at these links if you have a crypto-locked box at home you haven't abandoned to the junk pile yet.
