Seen this error on both a 64bit and a 32bit upgrade.. (also a typo)

Upgraded via LLCC - Lite Upgrade. Both were upgraded both from 2.6.
Doesn't affect install - Welcome Screen still pops up as normal.

If helps Welcome screen was already enabled in 2.6...

It will throw that error if Lite Welcome is already enabled on a machine. I've fixed the typo, thanks Smile
