I noticed that the LL Wiki entry is outdated, very sparse and even in danger of being deleted. When I went distro hunting I used Wiki as a first screen to compare. Maybe this would be a good place to talk about how various features make LL ideal for those just getting away from Windows - the similarity of GUI to classic Windows, the help file on the desktop, the welcome center, the control center, the working "Windows" key, as well as other features such as various pre-installed apps and speed on older equipment.

Wikipedia works by volunteers contributing information. This is something I would not personally participate in for obvious reasons. Would love to see folks from here contribute to the Wiki.

Jerry,
The problem with Wikipedia is that there are numerous volunteers working on many articles and since these group of volunteers also check and rewrite things they almost form a sort of dictatorial group. I tried in the past to change an article about piping engineering on the Dutch Wikipedia, but all my corrections were thrown away and even now, a few years later, still the wrong information is given on the page of piping (engineering). And you know what? Not to brag, but i'm a Piping Engineer for 18 years now. Who knows better? Some retired people filling up their life by writing and checking and correcting articles for Wikipedia or me, a well experienced Piping Designer/Engineer??? Even when i mailed them telling them i was a Piping Engineer, they still refused my corrections. So, although i like to read a lot on Wikipedia, to me the people behind those articles are just a bunch of dictatorial folks.... To bad imho.
Else i surely like to try rewriting the article about Linux Lite OS...

I don't need Google, my wife knows everything!

Just remember folks when editing the Wiki page, avoid any bias etc. Stick to the facts and sound neutral. Would pay to read about Wikipedia etiquette to avoid having your submissions retracted.

What I wrote is only a stub article, to keep it alive. No sub sections, no real technical information. Hopefully someone far more knowledgeable than I will step in and write something the OS deserves, which will attract seekers.
