[SOLVED] Whisker Menu -- Duplicate Entry?
#1
Edit: Marked as solved, see reply #7 for the best answer.

Greetings to all!

Just installed LL2.4b on my 10yo multi-boot test system -- awesome distro Smile ... Much improved over LL2.2 imho.

Fwiw: I just noticed on the new whisker menu (All category) that there are TWO entries labeled "Network Connections" which display the SAME popup info; that's duplicate info. The normal XFCE-menu does not have this (redundant?) menu entry. Will continue testing ...

Will do so asap -- 1st i must install my pwd manager ("LastPass") in FF, then modify the panel to include its screenshooter. Sorry for posting this in the wrong place Sad

Quote:...then modify the panel to include its screenshooter.
In case it helps the screen-shooter (screenshot) is also accessible by right-clicking on the desktop.

Note: my XFCE-panel is vertical+rightsided, color- & icon-themes are my own tweaks. Thanks for all your tips, btw! Question: where should i post my suggestions re. LL2.4b?

That's not a duplicate, Network Connections is in 2 places on the Menu, Internet and Settings. Because you are on the 'All' part of the Menu, it shows ALL menu entries together.
