In both instances,  the machine is using some software that has a PPA (Personal Package Archive) in the update list.  PPAs are not always kept up to date and if there is a problem with a listed PPA it stops the update process working because the machine cannot find everything it needs to complete the update.

Software from 'noobslab' and 'morphis' are the problems here.  The workaround is to removing the PPA from the sources list to allow the update process to complete so that other packages get their updates. It means machine will not check for updates from noobslad (or morphis).

To remove a failing PPA from the list and allow the rest of the update to work check the manual at

https://www.freecinema2022.gq/manual/software.html#pparem

and remove the  PPA as described there.

If you need (and trust) the software source you may want to check periodically to see if the PPA is put back on line by reversing the change you made.  If you don't want or trust the software sources uninstall the packages as well as removing the ppa from the list.
