Boy I sure hope I'm doing this right. But I admit, I'm stupid. This is my first time and I find posting the question I have very confusing.  "I have lost Help and install updates from my menu favorites what did I do and what do I do to get it back, please?"

Welcome!!!

You can click on Menu - then type what you're looking for i.e Help (help manual) Right Click the item and you should see an option to Add to Favorites..
Can do to any..
