linuxlite 3.2 hangs while working

Hi,
My laptop hangs in the middle of the work, I am using linux lite 3.2 since 2 weeks, my laptop configuration are as follow- 2 gb ram , intel pentuim M quad core 2930 processor @ 2.16 ghz ,  i suppose linuxlite is light weight os, is 2 gb not enough ? why is my laptop hanging frequently ? is there any virus ? pls help to solve this issue.

When did this problem start?

Have you run updates?

Any reason you haven't upgraded to version 3.4?

Have you run the safe items listed in Lite Tweaks?  Like Preload, zRAM, Autoremove, etc?

Have you considered removing and reinserting your RAM?

problem started after a day after installation, and mostly when i use chrome or firefox.

yes , i ran update after installation.

there is no particular reason , i saw joe colin's video on youtube about linuxlite 3.2 so i downloaded it.
before that i was running linux lite 2.7 version, and my system never crashed.

yes i ran safe listed items in linux lite.

no i haven't removed and reinserted, i am planning to see a technician for this purpose.

Is 3.2 version not stable ?
Will installing 3.4 version solve this problem ?

LL3.2 is stable for me I have it on 2 different computers and have not had any similar problems.

If you type your brand model number in to YouTube there may be a tutorial on fitting the ram to guide you.
