Using solved

How do you mark a post as solved??

Hello phil66,

to mark your thread as solved, you -

1/ click modify on you first post in the thread (right side of screen, opposite your username)
2/ select "solved" from the drop down menu next to the words "Select Prefix".
3/ click save

No solved in the message icon drop down only same entries as opened under standard post

"Select Prefix" drop down, sorry, had to check an old thread to see it as haven't began many threads.

Have now corrected the above post.

It will only show the icon if you began the thread, and only when modifying your first post of the thread.

Solved is only available in Software and Hardware Support threads.

This was from shutdown and startup
Have not gotten it to work
Closed my completed thread in startups and shutdowns
