Those startup issues, I've set them accidentally. And graphics problems, it had to have something with screen locker, as you proposed. Previous day's I was unchecking options for screen locking, but there was one left, I've just found it. nice.

Or it could be that it had something with saved sessions. I've cleared them before last restarting the system, before it turned out to be fixed. I remember, just before problem first appeared, I accidentally removed USB flash device, just before and during the system starting, it might had something to do with that action.
