upgrade 5.0 to 5.2

I have a friend who has Lite 5.0 installed.
He wants to upgrade to 5.2 but Lite Upgrade
is not on 'All Applications' in his menu even though his updates are current.

The command in Lite Upgrade is "lite-upgrade-series5".

Should he just run that command in the terminal or is there
some other way to get Lite Upgrade on the menu ?

Manual method:
check that ubuntu version in /etc/apt/sources.list is focal

/etc/apt/sources.list.d/linuxlite.list should read: deb http://repo.linuxliteos.com/linuxlite/ emerald main

then run sudo apt-get dist-upgrade in a terminal.

Okay wlll read documentation..  sorry about that but you'd think that apt command woud do it too?
Better use the correct one for this..
