MAC HDD + Linux Lite question...

Preferring forum friendlyness over the cold  monopolistic marketing search engines, I post to thee!
I'll have a Mac "intervention" this week-end. Does LL/ubuntu support the MAC FileSystem?
If not by default, any suggested programs that would do this?

I'm not sure I understand the question, but if you're asking if you can install Linux Lite on Mac hardware, the answer is yes.
