aptitude safe-upgrade recommends gnome-system-monitor mate-system-monitor why ?

why does aptitude safe-update recommend gnome-system-monitor and mate-system-monitor ?

xfce monitors are fine for me Smile

and the second time you run it is changes its mind and doesnt mention them

its very confusing ???
