How to selectively update / revert updates?

Hi, all,

Is there a way to specifically either block a single update item (or set of items), or to revert as such?

For example, in the past (on Windows) I've had the odd occasion in which an update of LibreOffice has stopped a key macro running properly in a workbook I use constantly.  This seems to happen from time to time.  I had got around that by installing a portableapps version in a veracrypt container; so whenever the update presented this problem, I could quickly swap back to the previous version.

In LL, an obvious solution is to update my old test unit, and then *not* update LibreOffice on the main unit if the problem should recur.  But at present, I only know how to update all or nothing - rather than omit specific updates if the test shows there's an issue.
