New to Linux Lite
#1
Good day.
I have used several Linux distros in the past, but have been using Winblows for the last five years. This is my first run with Linux Lite and for the most part have had zero problems. The one thing I'm having an issue with is that I can not seem to get scroll bar arrows in Firefox or Thunderbird. I installed Chrome and it does have scroll bar arrows. The Mozilla forums informed me to install a GTK3 theme, which I did. ...a few of them. Didn't help.

I know this seems like a minor issue, but for scrolling through emails and also making some menu selections, trying to navigate by grabbing the extra small scroll bar can be a major pain.

Anyone have any input on this?

Hello dsherrell,

Welcome to the forum Smile

Until someone replies who can help with the scroll bars, you can move the browser window up and down using the up/down arrow keys, or page up, page down keys to move a screen at a time.

I don't use Firefox not much and Thunderbird not at all although I have them installed here.
I see the same with the arrows.
Maybe they kicked them out..?

Google 'firefox themes with scroll buttons', you may find a solution there.
1) Lenovo T520 i5 LL3.8 8GB ram, fast & stable
2) Medion P4 32bit LL3.8 1GB ram, quite fast & stable
3) eeePC 901 32bit LL3.8 1GB ram, fast & stable
4) eeePC 701 32bit LL3.8 1GB ram, slower & stable but small and light enough to travel with me to New Zealand when visiting family in Blenheim.
