Can Lin lite connect to a Windows machine via Samba? If so, is there a tutorial, as I am struggling to get it on my network, and sadly must have sharing with Win

thanks

Consider Menu > Favorites > Help Manual, and clicking on the Network section.  Then visit the "Linux Lite Shares from Windows" section and/or the "Windows Shares from Linux Lite" section.

YES ! I have a SMB server and 2 windoze computers that have shared SMB folders I access from LinuxLite. The help manual will guide you through.
**Or for a quick answer-> Open your file manager, then in the left column click on "browse network".
** If you have any issues with that, get the IP of the computer you are trying to access, then type in the address bar smb://........IP..of...machione... example: smb://192.168.1.238
