same problem with firefox and Opera browser

When I try to use Voucher Codes or sites like it, I get an error message "We can’t connect to the server at cse.google.com." ( Firefox ) or  ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. (Opera )
My firewall is set to off, although I did try it on and there was no difference, any help appreciated thanks

if you're using a vpn, try turning it off for those sites. if you have private browsing turned on, try turning it off on both FF and Opera.
