Seems to be backports - but where in LL are these configured?

Click on menu >> software and updates >> other software and uncheck the problematic repo. Although, it looks to me that this might be a temporary failure, you might as well wait a bit and try again, say tomorrow(sunday) if it still doesn't work, disable that repo.
