aptitude install xfce4-cpugraph-plugin xfce4-systemload-plugin xfce4-netload-plugin xfce4-diskperf-plugin

then right click on xfce panel and add and move your extra plugins

for bonus points then right click on each plugin and reduce update interval to 1 sec
