My successful tries were telling people how they don't have to check for and do updates on OS and each software individually, and reboot every time for each, that it does all updates for OS and software at same time using Lite Install Updates, this idea they mostly don't believe at first, they are always really surprised at the updates speed too, they like Lite Install Updates a LOT.
Some of them never done any updates on windows themselves, others done it for them, it gives them a real buzz that they can do it themselves now, and shows them they can use, and learn, in Linux things they couldn't manage in windows, right from the very start it shows them how user friendly LL is.
