Remove 2.8 and dual boot 3.4 with Ubuntu

Enter password tried three all invalid
Now my login has closed and cannot install password to enter forums
using ubuntu to post

Hello,
it is important not to use the root password for online forum or websites. Should use root password only for root, password for each forum and website should be different passwords.

Reboot into LL , start from #1, proceed thru until you reach #4.

at #4 enter

adduser phil66 sudo

await confirmation

then enter

adduser phil66 admin

then proceed through the rest of the numbered areas.

I have reached a point where I no longer want to run Linux-Lite-3.4
Every time I am asked to run a process I end up getting a failure
The latest being kernel panic on the step of exit

I had no problems with ll-2.8 and thought I would upgrade to ll-3.4
I have now lost all passwords and after numerous attempts nothing works
As you have noticed this is the third page of data suggested and tried with no success
