Yep. For some one on the margins of society due to economical circumstances. You can auction/raffle  of one of your kids to buy that new computer you need along with the Windows 10 license.

Ah Microsoft! I am sure the owner only has one foot from shooting themselves in the other so many times. Here is a gem that just came out today. The good news is you can turn it off if you don't use OneDrive. I don't.
