The file appears to be available currently so it may have been a temporary issue.
Try to update again.

Working now. Thank you.
I rebooted and waited about 4 minutes before starting the update app.
Hard drive was constantly active before update and about a minute after update. Not sure was going on but it is working now. :dft009:
