Linux sees, adds my printer but can not find it when I try to print to it. - Daryl Lakes - 12-14-2022 I am trying to use my wireless Canon LBP6230dw. Linux 'sees' it and adds it but when I try to print to it, it says that the printer is not found. I then downloaded the Linux driver from Canon and it's the same, it sees it, and has the correct name but says it's missing when I try to print to it. I can print to it without issue from Windows 11. It is on the same wireless network as my router/cable internet. https://imgur.com/a/go1I7k4 Any idea how to make Linux find a printer it already sees? Thanks! I think I have my screenshots added correctly now. I tried the drivers in the link you posted but there is no change. Linux says my printer is added, looks correct but will not print. Thanks. |
