How do I install Linux Lite without changing time in BIOS?

A couple of tries.....
If time is off due to a battery, etc.. I would try installing without any updates or add-ons and without connecting to the internet.
Although, you should be able to set the time in bios which should hold until the next reboot - once the installer completes...

My battery is good is not low in BIOS
After I install Windows, the time didn't change in BIOS
after I install Linux Lite, the time did change in BIOS

Is this a dual boot problem ? Linux uses the RTC clock differently to windows so you may need to force Linux to behave like windows does so you can have consistent time for both systems.
Could be similar to the discussion in this thread.
