When I try an update I receive this error:

I'd try by removing the notepadqq PPA ...
Uncheck the PPA from "Software and Updates" under the "Other Software" tab.. Then try running updates again

Ok, resolved, it works!
I Use notepadqq daily, this mean that the app will not update?
If I've correctly understood I have to contact the Notepadqq to solve this...

Yes, there is something on the notepadqq side of things. PPA's do cause the majority of update issues.
You can always reenable and attempt at a later date but disabling will always allow LL to stay up to date.
Having disabled wouldn't update but having enabled keeps all others from updating (when an issue)....
Best would be to keep informed when the app has an update and enable when available or periodically....
At least keeping this resolution in mind for future
