I use often both GDebi and Synaptic so if an "Update" is issued, this happens. The exact two messages are shown. All you need to do is check the taskbar for Synaptic or GDebi. Close both, then restart the lite-updates program: Code: /usr/bin/lite-updates If you used another console (terminal) and issued some apt command and got back to GUI, this happens if the apt is still running in background. Use HTop or TaskManager to check for any apt process running. Hope this will solve the issue. It worked for me, everytime it happened. Have a great day! ![]() |
