Remove the Wine for ARTFUL.. Leave the XENIAL PPA -- http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu xenial
Looks like its been added or modified along the line.. Artful it Ubuntu 17.10; LL is on 16.04 xenial
This may be the issue...
This can be unchecked from "Software and Updates" under the "Other Software" tab..
Also not a bug
