How to reinstall ATI drivers (linux lite 2.8 64 bits) - leiyel - 11-03-2017 Hey guys, I am using linux lite 2.8 on my Asus K53U laptop, which has Radeon HD 6320 graphics. I followed the instruction in Help Manual about installing the ATI graphic drivers. However, I somehow revert the driver to the default one. Now, I want to get ATI drivers back but I cannot. The selection of "Using Video driver for the AMD graphics accelerators from fglrx" is in grey color and is not selectable. And when I click the ATI icon from "menu", a error window popped up saying "Failed to execute command 'amdcccle'". Does anyone can help me to get the ATI drivers back? Re: How to reinstall ATI drivers (linux lite 2.8 64 bits) - bitsnpcs - 11-03-2017 If you have a restore point in Systemback, with a date before changing of the drivers, it may help you to solve it by reverting to previously used drivers. Re: How to reinstall ATI drivers (linux lite 2.8 64 bits) - trinidad - 11-03-2017 Are you having video performance issues? If not stay with the Linux driver. Incomplete firmware decode support can cook your card. 6320 is not fully decode supported as far as I can tell even if it ran for you once with a Radeon firmware driver set. Guess I need to figure out a way to forgot it. Thanks Re: How to reinstall ATI drivers (linux lite 2.8 64 bits) - leiyel - 11-07-2017 No I don't. The video card is working well so far. Guess I will just ignore it.
