Another new user - David_1953 - 06-09-2014
Another new Lite user here. Actually I started off with 1.06 and now using 1.08. I installed 2.0 on an 11 yr old Dell Dimension 2400 that I'm configuring for my sister, and my daughters Dell Latitude (7 yrs old).....no glitches, no bumps, no problems. Since switching over to Linux 5 yrs ago, I have stayed in the stable Debian/Ubuntu line with Ubuntu/Mint/Xubuntu and Bodhi.
I've always been about stability and speed. Lite more than delivers. I can use the GUI for anything I need, and still go to the terminal if I choose.
I don't like to jump on the bandwagon, till I've used and tested a disto over a period of months, and read as much feedback and reviews as I possibly can. Well, I am officially on the bandwagon. Great distro!
