Linux Lite 3.2 Beta - First build test - Valtam - 09-27-2016

Better contrasting boot screen, eject message can now clearly be seen at the end of the installation.
Dual booting also, playing nicely with other OS's. A first look at the new Lite Desktop Widget. Apologies for the quality, I'm no Steven Spielberg.
8 second boot time from Grub on a very old Acer Aspire, not bad!

Looks like it might be a 6920..??
Intel Core 2 Duo T8300 2.4Ghz + 4GB RAM and NVidia 9500M Graphics

Acer Aspire 8920G, Intel T8300 2.4Ghz, 3Gb ram, nVidia 9500M, 120Gb SSD.

So the SSD explains the 8 seconds.  I have a similarly spec'd desktop PC.  I may give it an SSD one day.

I thought the poor man's upgrade was RAM from eBay, but I know what you mean.  Is it a Samsung SSD?
