BlueGriffon wysiwyg editor - trinidad - 06-28-2016 I have some web work to do, and I am going to give BlueGriffon try now in Linux Lite 2.8 over the next couple of weeks. I think it is worthwhile testing/debug project given that the focus of LL is windows converts. It is an easy to use wysiwyg editor with a Mozilla base and the latest version is from April this year. Has anyone tried it yet in LL 2.8 or 3.0? Trinidad Re: BlueGriffon wysiwyg editor - LL-user - 06-28-2016 Hi Trinidad, I used it some time ago for a small project, nothing fancy. Didn't run into any problems. Hope that helps Re: BlueGriffon wysiwyg editor - N4RPS - 07-04-2016 Hello! I've used BlueGriffon in the past, but it's nice to know it's being maintained and updated again. On the sites I maintain, I use Weebly, which has a nice online drag-and-drop WYSIWYG editor. Makes life MUCH easier... 73 DE N4RPS Rob Re: BlueGriffon wysiwyg editor - trinidad - 07-04-2016 I maintain several small business networks locally, and package a few modified versions of utility software for my customers, and though retired, I'm not so much retired. I'm using BlueGriffon to create updated browser home pages on my customers boxes, with my own branding, mainly for my convenience, and maybe a little vanity. I hate answering the phone. If it seems to be easy to use, I'll include it in my seniors tutorials at the library. Trinidad |
