[FEEDBACK] 3.0 64 bit HD install localuser is not yet a member of users? - aus9 - 06-21-2016 Hi Forgive me if I have it all wrong as I have been wrong in the past. When I turn on more colums in the file manager I can see at my home folder that I have a group =localusername eg gordon but I am used to seeing me as a part of users. so running Quote: lite-usermanagerI have added myself to users group. 2) I need this as I use a non-standard data partition that I need to access as Quote:/etc/fstabdoes not accept localuser-name as an option but does accept user (root) or users (group that local user can belong to) cheers |
