Funny warning at startup - Bourbon - 06-10-2016

Hi All,

Am experiencing a funny problem: at startup a window comes out informing me that /downloads does'nt exist or maybe needing to configure with "blueman" services.
The folder is there even with subfolders in it and I don't have any idea of what "blueman" is.
Was wishing to be hereby attaching image of that window but the Forum allowing only .txt attachments. I suggest to the Forum Administrator to improve the service, does'nt make sense allowing only .txt files, in my opinion

Ok Jerry, I saw that. My suggestion coming out because I know other  forum were is possible to upload images without using images hosting sites.
For instance, this forum doing that:

Yes, that is a bug concerning the "locale", I suppose.
My OS is in Italian so also folders' name automatically changed to Italian language, to solve the issue I have been changing the name of the folder: Scaricati = Downloads
