Cant Transfer Files to USB stick - oxo42 - 11-02-2015 I am trying to get a "png screenshot file" tranfered to a USB stick / no matter what way I try I allways get "Invalid Filename" I allready have png files on the stick from previous series of LL 1.0.8 , I am now using LL 2.6 but it's just not happening. USB 2.0 FAT 32 Any Ideas. Re: Cant Transfer Files to USB stick - Valtam - 11-02-2015 If the file name is for example: Screenshot - 11032015 - 03:57:46 AM.png fat32 doesn't know how to deal with it. Re: Cant Transfer Files to USB stick - oxo42 - 11-03-2015 In this case it"s just a colon problem yes???? Thanks I will now mark as SOLVED. Re: Cant Transfer Files to USB stick - JmaCWQ - 11-04-2015 Yes, it's just the colon character causing it in this scenario. Easiest way around it for now is as Jerry mentioned, renaming the screenshot. Either after it's saved or you also get the option to rename it when saving. |
