[SOLVED] Linux lite 2.0 boot screen - TeemarkTh0mas - 01-23-2015 i did a full [RE-}install today. had the LL boot screen to the logon pass screen. THEN i used settings to have the graphics driver for gf7950 installed,, all went well. i rebooted. THEN; the boot splash screen changed, part way thru the boot process, to the ubuntu 14.04 splash screen.. with the 4 "wait" indicators, then, the lite splash screen re appeared and i went to the normal desktop. not that its a problem.. just unusual. glad to b back on LL Re: Linux lite 2.0 boot screen - Valtam - 01-23-2015 Moved to correct Forum section. Right click on the file /lib/plymouth/themes/ubuntu-text/ubuntu-text.plymouth Open as Administrator.
