No, that's for the nautilus file manager. we use Thunar file manager. You could try the instructions at the bottom of this article - http://www.webupd8.org/2012/08/how-to-install-dropbox-in-xubuntu-and.html after 'Update (July 3, 2014)' though I have no idea if it works still.
