That's a solution but wait a bit more if someone else come up with an idea.
If you have less than 3GB RAM you can install 32 bit and Linux Lite will recognize the whole amount of memory.

Recommend installing LL 32bit, as you had zero problems before.

Hello, I wiped the 64 bit and reinstalled 32 bit. Now I have the same problem with 32 bit.

hello, after having installed the 32 bit my problem continues. Strange because when I had 32 bit previously, all was OK.

Just want to confirm that you installed all updates after the new 32 bit installation?
Menu > All > Install Updates
And there are no additional drivers to install?

Is it possible that your webcam hardware is breaking down?
Loose connection or something?

Hello, I tried both, the updates and drivers, but to no avail. I would have believed that it was a hardware problem, but the webcam takes the videos perfectly. It works very well on video chats on Skype and Google hangouts. Can it still be a webcam hardware problem?
