Hi Team,
Issue fixed !
The LL package manager says Restricted Extras is installed ... indeed it is not !
I went by command line :
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
This fixed the issue.

Good News...
Have you by chance changed/added the Spanish language when you installed LL.?
This maybe related to another thread that had similar issue, and was language related.
I'm sure Jerry will spot this.

¡Si Señor ! Right after installation, I have added SPANISH :
all my LL is in SPANISH (except the menus developped specifically by LinuxLite team !)
