Fixed Smile

Instructions:

- Remove the Weather app from the tray
- Run Install Updates
- Add the Weather app back
- Drink beer (or tea/coffee)

Series 2.x still not working. The above fix works for Series 3.x Will get back to you about 2.x soon.

Explanation of why this happens. The weather API XFCE uses changes or no longer works.
The XFCE page - http://goodies.xfce.org/projects/panel-plugins/xfce4-weather-plugin

Solution:

- Start a thread informing us of this.
- Once I get a few people reporting the same issue, I'll begin testing.
- If I can duplicate the error, I'll patch and release an updated package.

This is pretty much the same approach I take to all bug reports.
