Re: Version number? - mandoran - 02-13-2016 Sorry, I mean I don't have a Prefix box. I do have a button at the bottom of the thread, that toggles and currently says Topic not solved, so as far as I can see, the only button I have to mark solved, I have used, and I can only hit that button to mark the thread as Not solved. Re: Version number? - Valtam - 02-13-2016 Try to mark another one of your Threads as Solved using the prefix mandoran. I 'll look into what's going on. Re: Version number? - mandoran - 02-14-2016 Thanks! Just curious if you marked this thread solved, or if it has somehow kicked in very belatedly. Though I still don't see the Prefix box as shown by the instructions. Re: Version number? - Valtam - 02-14-2016 I marked it as Solved. Logout then in again, and then try to mark another one of your Support threads as Solved. I searched for my old threads and had no trouble going into an old one and marking it solved. I'll just check and see if I also get this on one that is newest and unsolved. Thanks/sorry for the trouble. Re: Version number? - Valtam - 02-14-2016 No trouble at all. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk |
